Norman Crime Stoppers provides a platform for citizens to submit anonymous tips via web submission, phone call, or the P3 app on your smartphone. All submissions are completely anonymous. You will never be required to provide your name, and your anonymity is guaranteed.
PHONE TIP: To submit an anonymous tip through a phone, call 405-366-STOP (7867). Once dialed, your phone call will be directed to a third-party call center that will be staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once your tip has been provided, the call taker will provide you with a Tip ID for future communication or follow-up.

TIP SUBMISSION VIA SMARTPHONE APP: To submit an anonymous tip via the smartphone app, download the P3 TIPS APP BY Anderson Software at either Google Play or the Apple Store. The download is FREE. Once downloaded and activated, follow the steps outlined on the application to walk you through your tip submission.
All tips submitted to Norman Crime Stoppers are eligible for a reward. The reward amount varies based on the type of tip. All rewards are subject to approval by the Norman Crime Stoppers Board of Directors.
